A person’s carbon footprint is the sum of all emissions of CO2 (carbon dioxide), which were induced by that persons activities within a given time frame. Usually a carbon footprint is calculated over a time period of one year.
Popular culture or pop culture is all around us, represented by the movies, television shows, artists, music, fashion and even vocabulary which is used and accepted by the majority.
STEREOTYPING can be described as a fixed impression of a group based on the experience of an individual. It is often being seen in advertisements which usually represent groups of people as having certain characteristics or fulfilling prescribed roles.
Elements which are close together are seen as more related than elements that are further apart, for example a number of small blocks which are very close together, are seen as one big block
Socially responsible design is design that support those in need in some way. It focuses on health, safety or uplifting living standards of people. It can also help to create employment or empowerment.
CRAFT is the making and designing of individual items. Decorative objects created mainly by hand using specific materials, tools and developed skills. It encourages development of creative, practical and visual sensitivity skills.
Environmental Responsible Design is a design approach to reduce the overall environmental impact of a product or a process.
